"Started coming apart way too soon, right?"
It looked really nice at first, so I was happy with it. But the stitching started coming loose way faster than I expected, which is disappointing. I don’t think I’m being too picky here, stuff like this should hold up longer than that.

"Tired of Chasing Shipping Updates"
My order from Dash Wallets took way longer than I expected, and the tracking was barely any help. I kept checking it over and over, but it just sat there for days with no real update. i’m kind of worn out from having to babysit every online order lately, and this one was especially frustrating. I wouldn’t call the shipping reliable, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Slim, but honestly frustrating"
I bought this because it looked slim and convenient, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would actually be practical. It’s way too tight for everyday use, the cards are a pain to pull out, and cash just doesn’t sit in it properly.
After a few days, I gave up and stopped using it. The idea is nice, but in real life it’s just annoying for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return process was more hassle than expected"
The wallet itself was fine, just not really what I was looking for once I had it in hand. I decided to return it, but the process wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I ended up having to send a couple of emails before I got a clear answer on what to do next.
The refund did come through in the end, but it took longer than I would’ve liked, and the exchange option was a bit confusing too. It’s not a terrible site by any means, but the return experience left me feeling a little frustrated and less likely to order again unless they make that part easier.

I reached out to support expecting some kind of response, but I still haven’t heard anything back. It’s been frustrating because I was hoping to get help and move on, but so far I’m just left waiting.
